It happens, that's one of the main points of the anime industry. Many people

Lol, logically, you are correct. The thing I don't like about dubs is just that
I see them as almost desecrations of the anime, as more often than not, the
voice actors just make you want to rip your ears out and strangle Viz with them
(somehow o_o). And also the fact that I'm rather selfish, and don't want the
majority of the population to watch anime ^_^

are to pick shinigami sketches that already has been approved and has been
posted up as entries for part one of the contest. participants are required to
cg any of those entries.
